I’m feeling pretty discouraged. For the past two years, I’ve been trying to break into frontend development. I’ve sent out tons of job applications to companies in different countries, but I haven’t gotten a single interview invite.
I’ve tried everything I can think of. I’ve redone my resume multiple times. I’ve changed up how I apply for jobs. I’ve even tried reaching out to HR people directly. But nothing seems to work.
It’s not like I don’t have experience. I’ve done freelance work, helped out on volunteer projects, and built some real apps. But I just can’t seem to get my foot in the door at a company.
Am I doing something wrong? Is the frontend job market just super competitive right now? Has anyone else been through this? I could really use some advice or encouragement.
