I have worked as a senior data analyst and noticed that data science may not deliver superior business impact or rewards compared to analytics. What motivated you to choose this career path?
switched to data science coz i liked the challenge & endless opprtunities. i felt the scientif approach and creative model building really sets it apart from basic analytics. the mix of tech and logic seems more futurist too.
My transition into data science was driven by a desire to leverage more sophisticated computational approaches for solving complex business problems. Working as a data analyst had provided valuable insights into the role of data; however, I found that advancing into data science allowed me to integrate predictive modeling and machine learning into my work. This progression has enabled me to develop innovative solutions and support strategic decision-making processes with greater precision. Personal experience has shown that mastering these advanced techniques not only broadens analytical capabilities but also adds tangible value to business outcomes.
hey, i got into data science cuz of its creative twist on problems and ever changin tech flow. do u reckon this mix truly outpaces traditional analytics? would love to hear how u handle the uncertainties too.
